We're just off Riverside, very close to transit (Hurdman station and Lycee Claudel) and direct buses to Ottawa General, Ottawa Civic, U of O, Via Rail station and downtown. Definately a walkable distance to downtown. House has laundry, A/C, and a nice little patch of patio to sit in. Rooms can be furnished. Utilities will be included in the rent.
