Guest JD
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but is there any way to indent new paragaphs in our OMSAS essays? Or do we just distinguish between them by separating them with a blank line?
Guest JSS02
Whenever I save my entry (essay, etc.) in COMPASS, it appears the spacing is not saved (I press enter to leave blank lines). The preview makes everything look like one big paragraph. Is that how it will look like to the schools? Is there any way to fix this? It looks horrid... Guest BennyG
Dear JSS02, I have encountered a similar, irritating problem. I will try to get through to OMSAS and if I am successful, I'll post whatever they tell me. I would assume that the web-site designers would ensure it comes out O.K. for the schools, but you know what they say about assumptions ... :-) Good luck with your application. Guest msdoc2002
Try inserting a small symbol or character such as an asterisk or a dot between two paragraphs. A dot does the job well and it doesn't look too bad. Hope that helps.
Guest JSS02
I contacted OMSAS, and they said not to worry about it, as the paragraphs will turn out on the copy that the schools see.
