verifiers for awards and certificates?

how do you submit verifiers for awards or certificates where it would be hard to impossible to get people to be a verifier?

 

ie i got an NSERC scholarship, and my verification would be a letter that i received, also i got certificates for completeting leadership training... do i mail it to them?

Create a reference entitled "Documentation available upon request" with your contact information, and cite that for silly things you have the paperwork to back up (awards, highschool, etc)
