grapz
What are some of the disadvantages to applying to states if your a canadian. Can you still get back to canada to practice medicine? How about the residency programs, are they harder to get into if your not a US resident? Madz25
way more expensive to study medicine in US than in canada. issues with getting residency in the states if you're not a US citizen. probably *some* disadvantage when applying to canada for residency (i personally think that canadian programs will tend to prefer canadian grads - feel free to disagree) anyway, like jochi said, you can find some great info if you do a search or just browse through old threads.
