If so, in my situtation, I meet all the cutoffs, however I have this course which I totally bombed in my 4th year (Genetics). I ended up with a 57% in the course but my GPA for that year was 3.9 according to OMSAS. Do these "outliers" affect an applicants overall package?? Thanks you for your responses... micro Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 Actually, since a 57% is a GPA of 1.30 for Queens, I don't think it's possible to achieve a 3.9 yearly GPA, including that grade, for a normal course load. If you are, you are doing it wrong... check out my sticky in the general premed discussion forum to see how to properly calculate your GPA.
