I was wondering what are the components of the graduate students productivity package of the university of ottawa, as they will be handedout around the end of this month. If it requires a letter from the research supervisor, could it be avoided or replaced to include letter from a committee member or another prof, because am kinda having a conflict (problems) with my boss, however I have good research productivity otherwise.
