exchange marks

i'm wondering if anyone knows how ubc evaluates the courses and marks you got while on exchange, out of the counrty.

If anyone is interested, I just found out how UBC evaluates your exchange credits into marks... it is confidential they told me. pretty much BS if i may say so

It is confidential how they evaluate the marks? I am going on exchange next year and am hoping that it comes back P/F like other transfer credits?? But I read somewhere that you actually have to get the foreign school's grades...can you clarify? Or who did you contact to get some solid information on this??
