medisforme
there is no set gpa avg. per say. there pre-interview scores are 50% academic and 50% EC's, personal sketch etc... and OOP need to score pretty high overall (i think around 40 out of 50)
talmeth
The English exemption test applies to anyone who has graduated from a Canadian University, so yes, it applies to OOP applicants. Your academic score and your non-academic score make up your file score that determines whether you are invited for interview. Applicants that were given interviews had an AQ score around 22/25 and a NAQ around 17/25. BC applicants with a file score of 36.5 or better were offered interviews OOP applicants with a file score of 41 or better were offered interviews. Since only 41 OOPs were offered interviews compared with 607 IPs, you can bet that they had to be much more competitive. Incidentally, The best part is the line in the letter that says "failure to score well on the non-academic evaluation does not necessarily mean that applicants do not possess these qualities - simply that they were not evident from the material in the file" Make sure you fill out the application properly! 11 days to decisions!
