It is likely just a couple of people who haven't responded yet maybe due to them being on vacation, or they are still deciding between meds and something else, or between maybe two med schools that offered them positions off the waitlist at the same time. If it is any comfort, August was the last in the class of 2011. Still a glimpse of hope, but even if not, your chances next year are much increased having gone through the full process this year.
