VitaminC
You can actually search up in old threads what they've been looking for in previous apps. Or if you're applying this year, then you'd need to make an account to fill out the application?...
Stretch
old threads on this forum or are you talking about straight-up asking UBC med admissions for some kind of a FAQ on their NAQ?

little rock
How is the NAQ score calculated? Why don't you ask the AdCom? I'm sure they'll give you a detailed response. there have been 153 views. This leads me to believe that: a) Nobody knows the answer, People don't want to help you. Sorry. You decide. funkmunk
ha! Little Rock, I like your answer. I'm not sure how its done this year. If you already have those 5 categories being evaluated, you probably know just as much as any of the rest of us (short of the adcom). Although its been discussed on previous threads, 'high level of performance in an area of human endeavor' is basically if you've been in the olympics, been first author to a publication, or anything else outstanding. This is one isn't as easy to improve as the other categories, which makes it a bit of a lost cause if you're trying to improve your overall score. You either have it or you don't. EmmaF
maybe a stupid question - but do you think competing at a world championships would count?
funkmunk
Not a stupid question. I think it would definitely get you points in that category.
little rock
Haha! I misread that as: "I would definitely give you points in that category." Geez. I think it's time to call it a night.
