oh-iknow
If you've received the NSERC USRA and have included it under awards, would you also make a separate item for the research experience itself under "research"? Or is that overkill? What if it resulted in a publication? Thanks!
UserName
I would list both separately. also the publication i would list on its own.. but that's just me and i can't fill all the 48 ECs
Halcyon
Along the lines of research, I did an independent study and an honours essay. Yet, in OMSAS they state any research project related to a course isn't considered research. What are your experiences with this? Or, what do you suggest? lost__in__space
Along the lines of research, I did an independent study and an honours essay. Yet, in OMSAS they state any research project related to a course isn't considered research. What are your experiences with this? Or, what do you suggest? I was dismayed at that too. I'm just going to follow what they said and not list it as research. Instead I put it under "other" which sucks but I wanted to show I had done it. Addy K
Another question: if you presented at a conference, but it is apart of a research item that you have already listed, do you make another item for research and put conference presentation or something? aquaman
Another question: if you presented at a conference, but it is apart of a research item that you have already listed, do you make another item for research and put conference presentation or something? I was also wondering this. What about submitted abstracts? Does each abstract for each conference have a separate entry?
