Need recommendations for neurology/neurosurg textbook for clerkship

hi, does anyone have any recommendations for manageable textbooks to read in preparation for neurology or neurosurg elective? Obvioulsy, I don't have time to read a 500 page textbook, so I was hoping to find something tailored to medical students level that would allow me to not look like an idiot. lol..thanks...
