xxwsmrf
Hi everyone here! I'm a 2nd year student at U of T. I wanna apply for a paid summer research position. But since this is my first time applying for research, I don't know how I should write my cover letter and CV. Is there anything I need to highlight? Thanks for your help! Thanks for your help! take a generic cover letter, and make it non-generic.
Mick
email the prof you're interested in working with first to see if they have any space or funding. after that, they'll probably ask for a copy of your transcript and then either interview you or decline. I can't remember ever having to put together a CV or cover letter for any of my research jobs in undergrad
