Dual Stations?

I don't think this would be confidential information, since I've found the protocol for MMIs all over the web, but I'm wondering what is the point of having dual stations with one interviewer and another non-speaking evaluator? Are they looking at your stress levels/body language/two perspectives to evaluating your one answer?

maybe they compare the scores of the two interviewers to see how "objective" the evaluation really is.
