So, how early do we have to register to get a spot to write them? ..And/or also, what's the latest you can register to write it at a specific date? There is no set date (I believe) anyone can give you to exactly how quick you need to move, but personally I would sign up ASAP and plan to register months ahead of a specific date you want.
