DAT Section Cutoff or Penalty?

Recommended Posts

Hey! I just got my DAT scores back and I am quite worried.

23 RC

20 Bio

15 Chem

18 TS

19 AA

21 PAT

I am just curious if you guys know if I will be penalized for a very low chem score or perhaps not eligible? I plan on applying to UWO and UofT but I'm not sure what they will think.

Any feedback would be great

Thanks

Well - the DAT is worth like 10% and on their website they only look at AA and PAT for your DAT score.

Seems to me your GPA is the most important thing and then the interview.

Better to call them/contact them and find out if this cut-off rule exists...

Depends on school. For example, UofT looks at ONLY your AA and PAT scores.

Individual scores do not matter at UofT.

Western looks at RC, AA and PAT. Bio, Chem and Carving scores do not matter at Western.

Check which school you want to apply and what DAT scores they look at!!

Western doesn't look at PAT scores...only RC and AA.
