OSAP and LOC

Hi,

 

If I get accepted to a dental school in the very last minute from the waiting list, (like 1st week of Sept) I won't have time to apply for OSAP and LOC to pay for tuition.

Does the dental school wait for me to apply for OSAP and LOC?
