- 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment in house

- 5 mins to Botterell Hall, 5-10 mins to downtown, near City Park, 10 mins to both KGH and HDH

- $470/month, utilities included

- Split cable/internet

- Laundry in basement, parking available if needed

- No smoking, no pets

- Females preferred
