Congrats class of 2013!!

 

I'm a "mature" student (class of 2013) and I bought a house near the U of A with my wife (and newborn daughter) this spring. It's a spacious (1600ft2) 5 bedroom bungalow in the Lendrum neighbourhood and we have two fully furnished bedrooms in the basement we'd like to rent out.

 

We were planning to rent the rooms to exchange students but I thought it might be fun to have some fellow med students living here.
