NHL Fever
I recently finalized a transfer to the radiation oncology program at my university. If anybody is graduating or has books for whatever reason and wants to sell them, let me know.

NHL Fever
The process is probably different at every university. At mine I asked the head of the transfer committee for advice on how to do it. I followed his advice and asked the program director of rad onc whether it would be possible, and was given an interview shortly thereafter and accepted. Then I had to wait until the transfer committee could guarantee funding for my spot and when that came I told my program director about my intentions. It can be very, very bad if you declare your intentions to to leave your program before you are A) accepted by the other program and there is funding for you to transfer or your funding is automatically attache to you and not under the control of your program
