KennethToronto
Haven't seen any, but I feel sorry for those who go down there w/o doing the research beforehand.

I thought Ross was one of the accredited ones? Or are you speaking of the difficulty in receiving a residency position?
Strategy99
I also thought Ross was one of the few that allowed you to come back to Canada... am I wrong?
Microbiodude
I think that was a little while back. They had some agreement with the government of Nova Scotia. I'm not sure if that still is valid anymore. As far as LCME accreditation goes, only schools from Canada and the U.S are listed. http://www.lcme.org/directry.htm

There are now a few core rotations setup in the Maritimes explicitly for Saba students. Don't count on getting them though unless you are at the top of the class, as clerkship priority ranks via grades and USMLE scores. Mods: This should be moved to the Intl thread.
