It may take even longer now since most people are submitting their application at the moment. I'm not sure if it has to do with the payment transaction, or something else... but it took a day or two for it to appear for me, and this was a few days ago, when the traffic was lighter. For now don't worry about it! If you submitted everything, and completed your application, just relax, crack open a beer, celebrate, and look at it later. All the best.
