Three options to find it: 1) contact the UofO Anesthesia dept - they had about 20 copies left last summer 2) try to pick up a used copy - I have one, but it's in Kingston 3) search online for a pdf copy - dependent on your torrent finding skills and penchant for piracy. Yeah, sorry if you took my post the wrong way, I was just surprised how easy it was to find.
