Apartment for rent (1)

I just got into mcmaster medical school from western and i have one room in a two bedroom apartment up for rent.

 

My roommate is male and a 3rd year engineer.

He is clean, but not an extreme clean freak. He likes when stuff stays clean, but does not blame people if stuff lays around for a day or two (Max)

 

Apartment: Lambton

Location: 30seconds away from campus (actually it is part of the campus, but is only for upperyears and graduate students)

3 minutes walk from the medical school

Amount: 400 all inclusive (even cable TV)

Pay for internet and phone separately

When: july 1st (but felxible)

Description: Very clean, very spacious, and lots of medical students live there

two beds, each with a large closet

1 storage room, kitchen, living room

fully furnished, 1 bathroom

What?!? I beg to differ!!! There's lots of time to party at Western, especially if you are a medical student!!!
