rapy13
Absolutely not!!! MUn is not like schools in Ontatrio in that they have no idea if you even applied to other schools and visa versa...In my opinion, you should secure your seat at MUN and see what happens at other schools...btw, congrats on getting in!!! Hi!Does anyone know if me accepting an offer at Mun disqualifies me from the applicant pool at other unis? I have received an OOP offer from mun but now i'm not sure what to do! Thanks
jennyfromtheblock
Gahh!!! I've been waitlisted (OOP, ontario). Anyone know how long the waitlist usually is? This sucks...more waiting!
bmelover
anyone know if they call accepted/waitlisted/rejected students? I am from ontario and I am wondering what to expect. thanks
medjunkie
they send you a letter... I was lucky, mine came in a "big envelope" and that means good news good luck everyone
DrManhattan
Gahh!!! I've been waitlisted (OOP, ontario). Anyone know how long the waitlist usually is? This sucks...more waiting! Chances are very very good! I would imagine if OOP students have gotten into MUN, they would likely get in elsewhere as well. Usually the maritimes are not first choice for students from Ontario, so I would expect call around of the end of May when the waitlist starts moving Good luck! Avery10
I'm not sure if that's legit or not...but looking at med2009's previous posts he was right about last year - even though it seemed early at the time.
ZW87
Yeah, mailing out today might just mean that they'll reach us by Friday, the 14th, as expected. Either way, yikes!
ZW87
Also, just checked the mail... no letters yet (at least no 'small' letters)
ZW87
I actually just called the admissions office and they just said the letters will be mailed out "shortly" and that was the only info she could give out. So, not sure what that means...
