TPR vs. EK Verbal Strategy

I went through both TPR and examkracker strategy and what I noticed was, that they both work for their own passages. TPR has specific questions whereas EK has questions that are based on the general idea of the passage. But which passages resemble the mcat passages?

I've only done EK so I can't comment on the resemblance of TPR but I've found that most EK passages are fairly representative of what you would find on the MCAT (judging from AMCAS practice exams). Try taking a practice exam and see for yourself which one (TPR or EK) you prefer. Either way, doing both will beneift you more than doing just one
