thereisnotry Posted June 18, 2010 Report Share Posted June 18, 2010 You may find a few places close to the universities with different start dates on their leases. I had a place with a September lease once, but they're not easy to find. You'll find somewhere to live, but you choices will likely be limited. One bonus of having an apartment with a July 1st lease is that you won't have to participate in the July 1st Moving Day ritual - once you're living there, you'll see what I mean G'luck!
