Evaluating the services of the Physician Health Program of BC

 

MD Analytics, on behalf of the Physicians Health Program (PHP) of BC, would like to invite medical students/residents to participate in a 10 minute online survey about services offered by PHP of BC. Your participation is greatly appreciated and will provide valuable insight that will help improve services offered by the PHP of BC.
