They say they want atleast 14 credits (perferably 15) a semester. Its worth a shot. They won't disqualify you on one thing - they'll generally look at the overall picture. How many credits did you take fall of year 2 and winter of year 2? Was there a good reason for the decrease in credits? Did you withdraw from courses?
