I wrote this out on the thread below this one very clearly: 146 for NL 96 for outside province (PEI, NB, OOP) 4 residents outside of Canada 246 total interviewed there are 46 seats for NL there are 10 seats for NB there are 4 seats for PEI there are 4 positions for OOP/Out of Canada there are 64 seats total Slight change this year - 44 seats for NL and 2 for Aboriginal from NL; 3 seats for OOP where the last seat goes to someone from Yukon Territory.
