Do they usually wait for the deadline to pass and all your references to be sent in before replying and sending interview invitations. I'm a little worried about it though cos I'm in first year so my only transcripts are high school transcripts that show all my recrds and I wasn't a bright kid in 9th/10th grade... Just mass email (with cv, cover letter, transcript) all the IMS guys and 1 is sure to be looking for your type. thanks i totally forgot about this!
