Spacious one bedroom apartment just a 7 minute walk from Queen's campus and KGH. I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in April or May. My lease extends until September, and you will have the option to renew. I am currently renting for $1200 + utilities, but could negotiate a lower price until the end of my lease term.

 

This is a perfect place if you will be in Kingston for the summer. We could negotiate leaving the apartment furnished.
