eternal dilemma: sleep early and wake up early to study or study late?

My opinion is to sleep early, weak up early and study until 1 - 2 pm , then you take a walk and a nap until 5 pm, and at 6 pm you start studying for 2 - 3 hours again. It is well known that the brain works better in the morning after a good sleep/rest and if you help it with a little coffee things should be the right way for you to study!

yeah but the thing is, if i take a nap ill never wake up again :(
