I want to know if people are volunteering info on ranking to programs where they're interviewing. Rather than getting offensive, perhaps you could give me answers or post a link to a discussion thread on the topic. I would appreciate any answers. Thanks. The difference is that I wanted to know if people are ACTUALLY DOING IT, since it's apparently not a violation if they volunteer that they will rank a program high or number one.
