cnb88
So for me: Rap: - Eminem (I would have picked -Eminem, but I don't like Lil' Wayne's part as much. I actually like pretty much any of Eminem's stuff) Soft Rock: - Journey. I LOVE this song (I actually skate to it which is freakin' awesome). Except not the Glee crap cover crap (sorry Glee lovers). Every song they've ever done they've mudered it. And then killed its zombie. And murdered it again. It's just that bad. Pop: - Rihanna. Pretty much any of her music actually. Classical: This is just too hard to pick, so I'm splitting it up into "modern" and "classic" (for lack of a better word). So "Modern Classical": - Josh Groban (Love basically all his music)"Classic Classical": - Vivaldi (played by Itzhak Perlman) All of the movements as played by him are amazing. Simply a phenomenal violinist Other: - U2. Can't wait to see them live on June 1! (and yes, this is the actual music video- filmed in the middle of LA. Fast forward to 2:03 to get to the start of the song) Hard Rock: This one was really tough. So instead of picking one, I picked my top few (in no particular order). If I had to pick a top band for here I'd pick Nickelback (haters please don't hate). Anyways, top picks: Savin' Me- Nickelback (I realize this isn't quite "Hard Rock" but it's my favourite song of theirs) - Danko Jones - Puddle of Mudd - Sick Puppies - Slipknot (This video wasn't what I pictured when I first heard the song....) - Social Code(I hate how every time there's an EMI official music video for these rock songs, Justine freakin' Bieber pops up as EMI's damn wallpaper crap. It's offensive to my inner rocker! lol)

PhoenixFlare500
Off the top of my head, which probably means these aren't that accurate: Rap/Hip-hop: Are You Real by KJ-52 and Kutless Hard rock (including metal, punk etc.): Right now, Citizen Erased by Muse Soft rock: Under The Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers Pop: Don't know Classical: Turkish March by Mozart And one more genre of your choice Other? Don't really know what to call it: Zebra by John Butler, but one of the live versions because it has a better solo, not the recorded version

medtech
Rap/Hip-hop: Changes by 2pac, Family Bussiness by Kanyne West, Take a Minute by K Naan Hard rock: Bulls on Parade by Rise against the machine, BYOB by system of a down, Sidewinder by Avenge Sevenfold Rock: YYZ by Rush, The boys are back in town by Thin Lizzy, Learning to fly by Pink Floyd Soft rock: (The Symphony of) Blasé by Anberlin, Absolute by the Fray Pop Rock Dark blue by Jack's Mannequin, Here it goes by Jimmy Eat World, About a girl by the academy is..., Pop: Great DJ by the Ting Tings, Lisztomania by Phoenix, Here in your arms by Hellogoodbye Classical: Cello Suite No.1 Prelude by Bach, Beethoven's 9th symphony, Pachebel's Cannon in D, and so many others...... Country: American Honey by Lady Antebellum, Home by Daughtry, Love Story by Taylor Swift Electronic/Dance/Dubstep Sleepyhead by Passion Pit, Around the World by Daft Punk, On the dancefloor by David Guetta, Fetish by Far East Movement, Sun comes up by Example, Good Life by OneRepublic Lots of good songs mentioned previously and I definitely downloaded a few of them. As you see, I listen to anything from Tupac to Taylor Swift. Have about 30 GB of music and I actually listen to all my songs (never got why people download entire albums and keep songs they don't like) so those 8 GB IPods just won't do...
