Lactic Folly
Usually, if I'm looking for a specific answer to a question, it's on the same page within Google books. That being said, Google books is not the only source of textbooks that can be found through Google. Check your library's website as well, as many institutions subscribe to large e-book collections. itimebomb2
I've bought a good number of books from alibris.com There are a wealth of old textbooks - often used - for a tiny fraction of the cost of new ones. I got Dubin for 3 bucks, Bates for 20, JAMA RCE series for 20 bucks, Mini Harrison's for $5... etc etc... only problem is they have to ship to a central distribution centre to reship to you so it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive.
