osteon
I recently discovered that I am considered IP for McGill (awesome). Does McGill have any policies on grad applicants, i.e. does McGill consider graduate GPAs or does McGill award extra points to grad applicants? I could not find this info on their website. Also, does anyone know what the average cGPA would typically look like for an accepted IP applicant? Do they consider cGPA as a whole, or look at it more subjectively, i.e. trends, later years etc. There isn't a lot of info in the accepted/rejected/waitlist thread or McGill website on it. Thanks guys

Thanks guys hello I believe I can answer this one. McGill doesn't really give extra points to grad applicants. This was stressed many times by the admissions officer, that they only look at undergraduate GPA. as for average accepted IP applicant...i think it's around 3.7-3.8 range. I think it's important to show consistency, or at least upward trend in later years, but again, nothing official. being IP for mcgill is awesome. and mcgill is an awesome school
