christinawang1990216 Posted March 16, 2011 Report Share Posted March 16, 2011 Hi, I am applying for med school this summer. My cCPA is around 3.98, and I m taking MCAT this may. I have been getting 38-39 on my practice exams. But I m kind of weak on the EC side. In the summer of second year,I did an internship at Baylor college of medicine. Then my PA put my name as 4th and 5th authors in 2 published paper, respectively. I also volunteered for two years at heart and stroke foundation, did tutoring for first year's summer. But i just started volunteering at my local hopsital. I am just wondering if this would significantly hinder my chances at schools such as U of T?
