Bacteriology and Microbiology are not, I repeat, not, required before you attend med school. I know you want to prepare yourself so that med school will be a bit easier, but really, the major point in the game right now is to get INTO med school. Because of that, you really need to focus your course selection a bit tighter. I would start by: (1)picking subjects that you are interested in, and (2) can score well in. Don't add the third criteria of the course helping you out in med school. It just isn't that important.

When you get to med school, you'll be inundated with a pile of new information. Getting buried by 10 feet of snow isn't that different from getting buried by 12 feet. Either way, you'll still be behind, and needing to catch up (which never really happens).

So, take the course that interests you, and that isn't too difficult. From my vantage point, it looks like you like the endocrinology course, so why not take that one?
