Citizenship

Hey folks. I am apping to the Irish medical schools this year and I had a quick question on EU Citizenship. My parents were both born in Italy and I was wondering if it were possible to save some money on tuition if I had my dual-citizenship.

 

Also considering a lot of you who lurk around this section are also pretty knowledgeable in US applications, is it worth applying to US with a 3.47 and a 31 MCAT?
