Although, there are mentor program in certain universities that could arrange this opportunity for you, at least for a short period of time. If you are looking for a longer period to job shadow, I suggest you check your hospitals. I have friends who began volunteering at hospitals and they end up acquiring their job shadow position through the doctors they meet. If this doesn't work, there is always your family doctors and such with whom I'm sure you can talk to and work something out. All the best.
