On the twitter, it says: "Respondent never got the e-mail? 1) Check junk mail. 2) Delete entire record then re-add. 3) Use alternate address for delivery (eg asstnt)" My respondent has checked her junk mail. And, the OAS system will not allow me to delete the referee record or change the email address. Could anyone help me out with what to do? McGill hasn't yet responded to my email and I'm getting pretty worried since it's due in 3 days... Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
