You can't hide from having a decent GPA in either case BUT if you're good at entry level exams (AKA the PCAT), and don't have volunteer experience then UofT would be the easy choice. If you're GPA is high and you have experience in phm, then Waterloo obv. Interview wise, you can search to see which kind of interview you're better at- i.e. if you can speak well and think of solutions to scenerios stated, i.e. the MMI, then UofT Good luck!
