dentopia11
for PAT you may want to add, CrackDatPat.. it is better than the other sources you have up there...ideally you want to first go through Barron's to learn the techniques, then supplement CDP with IQ pubs to get the best of practice. zap_man99
PAT Does depend on on your general ability so does carving. So you may need more or less soap and CDP or not
lifesgood
first of all i have to say no matter how much you study you really won't know if you'll get a score of 20 or a 30 because to some extend it depends on the questions given on the exam. first time i wrote the dat i only read the kaplan boook but the second time i read two extra books for the bio section and scored lower!! but for chem i believe more practice would def help. and for carving you should definitely buy more soaps and try to do one soap a day and inish it within 30 mins. good luck
cleanup
I'd chuck out IQ publications. Their PAT answers in particular are bogus and entirely wrong, and if you trust them they'll throw you off. I bought them, looked at them for about 10 minutes, chucked 'em out. Got 26 on PAT. Go figure.
zap_man99
i used them and got a 25... there are just a few problems with them
reddishh
woahh I think you're using too many books. But it guess it wouldn't hurt to overstudy eh?
reddishh
I also don't like the Barron's book because it's not detailed enough!
luzzati
I thought the IQ PAT books were well done. I don't remember too many problems with them, if at all. I hated Barron's book though.
reddishh
I agree. For PAT, there are just too many errors found from many books and it's really hard to find good ones
