Is it possible to have a redo (something tells me that it is, but I won't be able to get one)

It is possible, but I don't think that you can get a new interview just because you don't think it went well. I think it would have to be pretty "unfair", like harassement or something.

 

Why do you think your interview went unfairly?

I think you had to request it immediately following your interview (or within 1 business day?).

 

I believe that they are reviewed on a case by case basis, though if you just felt your interview went poorly, it would be denied.

 

However, if the interviewers said something inappropriate or fell asleep... that would be different.
