Chances for those not from north

Recommended Posts

Hey Everyone

I didnt apply to Northern this year, but maybe I will apply next year (if I dont get in anywhere this year :S)

the reason I didnt apply is because I have never ever lived in a northern community. Iv lived in Ottawa for majority of my life, and Toronto.

What are the chances of applicants applying who are not from northern communities, or rural communities?

Thanks!
