Fanarkiii
Hey Everyone I didnt apply to Northern this year, but maybe I will apply next year (if I dont get in anywhere this year :S) the reason I didnt apply is because I have never ever lived in a northern community. Iv lived in Ottawa for majority of my life, and Toronto. What are the chances of applicants applying who are not from northern communities, or rural communities? Thanks! jojoluvsu2
Saying zero might be too much of an absolute, so I'll say nearly zero. Unless you are francophone or aboriginal. Still, if you don't apply you definitely have zero chance...
thehumanmacbook
Very very low. You can apply and try, but because the context score is 1/3 of what's required, it is a long shot.

Well if you have northern experience in the area, hopefully that would increase the chance anyway; but for most who have no rural experience or context points, yup pretty much zilch.
