premedhopeful101
I noticed that McMaster asks for a photo to be left at the interview and was wondering what people are doing for their photo. Does anyone have any advice on what not to submit for the photo?
neoteny
a standard passport photo would probably suffice.
ellorie
Last year I just went to a photo shop and asked them to take a passport photo. I didn't want to have to try to mess around with lighting and stuff at home, and it always pays to look put together.
ParkourParkour
I took my picture with a laptop camera, uploaded it to http://www.epassportphoto.com/ and went to Kinkos. I've heard these pictures are used for your Mac student card if you get accepted and not for admissions purposes. Confirm/deny?

jonchiu
I just had my photo done, but I'm wearing regular clothes - like a polo shirt, and not the suit that I'm interviewing in. Are people wearing their dressy-wear for the photos?
vanillabear
Just took a picture at home with a DLSR and edited it super quick. I'm wearing a plaid shirt with a wool sweater (semi-casual, I'd say)...
Daniel
I went into one of those photo booths in the mall....felt kind of like a creeper, especially when I pulled the curtain across. Anyways, good luck to everyone interviewing tomorrow.

SCL
Can anyone point me to the email/form that says we have to bring a photo? I can't seem to find that instruction anywhere.
Davjw
I'm pretty sure it says it on the letter that said "You have an interview, YAY. Here's the time you register/interview/leave..." As for what I did, I just took a pic off of facebook, cropped it so it was a headshot. Printed at walmart.
Tee88
I did the whole http://www.epassportphoto.com/ and had a friend take a photo, went to Loblaw's photo-center, you can play with the enhancement if your lighting is bad and printed a set of 4 pics for 2.50$, which is not a bad deal and took less than an hour to get all done! jonchiu
I paid $20 for 2 passport-size photos at Black's in Toronto.. I lose.
lloyder34
People seem to be freaking out about the passport photo. It doesn't have to be taken by a professional photographer or anything. They just need a reminder of what you look like while they are reviewing files weeks down the road. I took mine with photobooth and just printed it off
holiday1001
again, shoppers you can have it done for under 50 cents. it's just a 2x3 inch photo.
