nephrolithiasis Posted March 11, 2012 Report Share Posted March 11, 2012 Hi all, Is it too much to being doing 3 electives at different sites from my home school? How many visiting electives do most students do? I'm interested in internal medicine and the core rotation at my school is 7-8 weeks long on CTU which seems like a sufficient amount of time to get used to the environment and make connections (If I'm going to make any). I plan to do another subspecialty elective at my home school (also we have 2 mandatory IM subspecialty rotations in 4th year) but the rest of my internal med electives will be elsewhere.
