I'm also assuming everything will be via email.

 

Does anyone have a clue of how many people were invited for an interview? Was it only the 40 at Hosmer or were there other groups elsewhere?

I did the PT interviews and they said it would be at least two weeks before we would hear anything. Not sure about the OT process but if it was anything like the PT one, you may expect a similar time frame.

I did the PT interview also - we were told that the first dozen or so accepted could be notified within a week, and the remainder will be informed within 2-3 weeks.

 

ps. For that group activity we had to do at the end I googled the solution afterwards lol ... its frustrating how simple it really is - cant believe we couldnt figure it out.

For OT they interviewed 80 people, for a rumoured 38 spots. Fingers crossed!

I also recently received acceptance to McGill. And I agree with OhGeeOT that it is more hollistic in reviewing applicants.

I have a lower GPA (~3.3 - 3.4). I think that my letters of recommendation were average, as was my statement of intent. I think what really helped me get accepted was my volunteer background (I volunteered doing exercise rehab for persons with disabilities), and my interview.

I checked my status on Minerva last night and it says "Admitted"

 

Does anyone know if we have to pay a deposit when we accept (and how much it is)? Thanks!
