I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house available at Spadina / College. It is 3 mins walking distance to Toronto Western Hospital and very close to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (College & Russell St. site). It has just been fully renovated (some finishing work being done but can be seen). It has a spacious master bedroom with generous closet space. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs are medium sized. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor but has its own private 3 piece bathroom. There are no laundry appliances but they can be rented as hookups are in place. Garage parking for 1 car is available for an additional fee. No pets. No smokers. Please. Rent is $3200 a month and utilities are not included.
